How to use this book

This book is meant to be your daily companion. For it to truly have an impact, carve out intentional time every day for the exercises—ideally at the same time each day. Whether it’s right after waking up or just before bed, the key is to develop a routine. By doing so, you create space for growth and transformation.

Everything you write in this book is just for you. No one needs to see it. No one will judge it. You’re writing solely for yourself. There’s nothing to prove and no one to please. Give yourself permission to be fully honest and pour out your thoughts and feelings in all their depth.

At the end of each exercise, you’ll find a central question:
How do I want to feel today?

This question is powerful. Because how you want to feel shapes your thoughts, your actions, and your entire experience.

If you do the exercise in the morning, set a clear intention for your day. Decide how you want to feel in the hours ahead. Do you want to feel light and carefree? Confident? Calm and relaxed? By choosing this consciously, you begin directing your energy in a positive direction.

If you do it in the evening, think about how you want to feel the next day. What kind of day do you want to have? What attitude would you like to bring into it? What do you want to focus on? This intentional focus will help you begin your next day with a positive mindset.

Remember: Where your focus goes, your energy flows. If you expect the day to be difficult, chances are it will be—because you’re unconsciously inviting in those experiences. But if you choose to believe your day can be calm, empowering, or joyful, you open yourself up to those possibilities.

Use this book as your tool to consciously shape your thoughts and emotions. Be gentle with yourself, and trust that every little step forward is valuable.
